Feeling Productive

I just spend time with my best friend/ex business partner/soon to be business partner Nicole and she's agreed to come back and help me with the store!  Woot! 


In fact, in just one day, we managed to come up with a way to get free investment money for starting the brick & mortar store and we now have a game plan for being vendors at a couple local fairs.  On top of that, we managed to narrow down what items we'll be offering at the fairs and we both worked on our art. 


I feel like I got a lot accomplished!  I feel rejuvenated again - and very excited! - to be working on getting a physical metaphysical store in the Spokane/Coeur d'Alene areas.  You wouldn't believe how many phone calls I take each week where I have to disappoint someone when I tell them The Funky Fairy Shoppe is currently an online only store.


And for those of you who may be wondering how to start your own business, I recommend visiting the Small Business Administration and Score.  They both have tutorials and resources that are extremely helpful.
