eBay - to sell or not to sell

I've been debating this question for quite some time now. Should I sell some of my items on eBay or not? If so, which items should I sell? I don't know if the fees and such would be worth it or not. On the one hand, I see people buying bogus "magical" items such as a "real enchanted ring - found in my grandmother's attic! guaranteed to bring you love!" I mean, really, if these things sell, there's no reason why my things shouldn't sell. Right?

I just want a clear decision on this and I'm not making one. And naturally that in itself is a decision. I guess I'm not selling on eBay right now. Maybe someday.
